2011 Christmas Decorating Contest
The De Queen/Sevier County Chamber of Commerce is once again hosting their annual Christmas Decorating Contest.
Entrants have a yard sign displayed indicating their participation for easier identification. People’s Choice voting ends at 5 p.m. Thursday, December 22nd —ONE vote per person please! Judging will be done the week of Christmas and winners announced on Monday, December 26, 2011. You can e-mail your vote to the Chamber at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Businesses that participate are eligible for a first place prize of $100. Residential participants are eligible for a first place prize of $100, second place will be $75, and third place will be $50. Both residential and business contestants are eligible for the People’s Choice award of $50.
